this is my fitblr. yay I started one. i am a former division 1 athlete for womens lacrosse, no i am not a lesbian either. being active has always been an important part of my life, but recently i haven't taken very good care of myself and i am ready for a change! this change is to make me feel better and healthier, I don't have a horrible body i'm just used to having a more lean, athletic body.
For me, the percentage of body fat I have important, if not, more important than how much I weight. I don't want to 120 lbs and be "skinny fat," it's not healthy.
